We all need help sometimes and at Empowering Minds Psychology we work with the whole family to help empower and grow our clients. We provide therapy for children, adolescents, young people, families and parents.
Assessment
Empowering Minds Psychology provides a range of psychological assessments including Autism Spectrum Disorder, behavioural, emotional and intellectual.
Lego® Based Therapy
Empowering Minds Psychology runs Lego® Based Therapy. Lego® Based therapy is an evidenced based, play program. It is fun and child led using a strengths based program. Child who undertake this learn emotional regulation skills, communication skills, improves critical thinking, increased distress tolerance and most importantly confidence and emotional wellbeing. It is run as a group of 4 participants or individually with a therapist. Therapists must undertake training and be certified in order to run the program.
